Exhibit Dates/Times
All exhibitors are to check in at the Registration Desk to pick up name badges and other materials.
- Setup: Exhibit area will be available for setup May 20 starting at 10 a.m-11 a.m. and May 21 and May 22, 6 a.m. until 8 a.m.
- Breakdown: Breakdown can begin at 4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday of the convention and must be complete no later than 5 p.m. Breakdown can begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday and must be complete no later than 1 p.m.
Interaction Opportunities
- 1-hour session before start of each day, 1-hour session during each lunch break.
- Additional 15 to 30 minute breaks throughout each day

Q. Are you still accepting speakers?
Q. Will food and refreshment for the attendees be served in the exhibit area?
- Yes, food staging areas will be in proximity to the exhibitors. Food counts are based on registrants. Exhibitors should plan to supply their own meals.
Q. Will there be a passport or bingo game to encourage attendees to visit each exhibitor?
- Yes, we are working on them and will have them available for attendees at check-in.
Q. What type of information, banners and advertising will be present in the mobile app for the event? Will there be push notifications?
- Information provided to ONA by Exhibitors will be passed on to registrants could include exhibitor website, social media links, description, contact information. There will be messages in the mobile app on behalf of the GOLD exhibitors.
Q. Are exhibitors allowed 8 x 8 backdrops in the table-top booth space?
- No, space is limited in this venue so large displays are not allowed this year.
