Nominations are now open for the ONA bargaining unit executive committee at St. Charles - Bend. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of the bargaining unit and advocate for your colleagues throughout the facility.
The STC-B/ONA executive committee shall consist of nine (9) members (see below). Seven candidates will be chosen in this election, as a separate election for Staffing Committee Chair and PNCC Chair is run within those committees.

- Vice-Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership
- Grievance Chair
- Unit Representatives Chair
- PNCC Chair (elected in PNCC and then seated with executive committee)
- Staffing Committee Chair (elected in staffing committee and then seated with executive committee)
Candidates do not run for a specific seat. The seven candidates who receive the most votes will be elected to the
committee and the next seven candidates who receive the most votes will be seated as alternates. The newly elected team members will elect to fill each
individual committee role from among themselves. If the race is
uncontested (fewer than 7 candidates), then those candidates will be
automatically elected without a vote, as per the bylaws.

You may nominate yourself or others. Consent to serve will be sought and obtained by the Elections Committee if the nomination is not a self-nomination.
