Providence Milwaukie Nurses Vote to Ratify Contract!
We're excited to report that on July 25, 2022, an overwhelming majority of Providence Milwaukie ONA members voted yes to ratifying a two-year agreement that will remain in place through May 2024. The contract includes several breakthroughs for nurses'
goal of raising standards in one of the United State's largest health systems.

need assistance filing a grievance.

Constituent Association Meeting Minutes
After our historic negotiations last week -- in which the company agreed to unprecedented terms for wage increases, staffing, and union shop/fair share language -- our team decided to lock-in our gains and keep bargaining over surgical services call issues
and wage equity.
