Convention Call for Posters

ONA Convention and House of Delegates, Monday, May 4 - Wednesday, May 6, 2026

The ONA Board of Directors are excited to announce the date and location for the ONA Convention and House of Delegates that takes place every two years. Mark your calendars and join us in Eugene on May 4-6, 2026!

Does your organization offer a clinical ladder program with incentives for professional growth? Poster presentations are a powerful (and fun!) way to level up, while making a real impact in the nursing community.

You don’t have to be a formal researcher to create a poster. Whether you’ve implemented a new practice on your unit, gained insights at a recent conference, or have a quality improvement project you're proud of, this is your chance to share it!

Most employers want you to bring back and share what you’ve learned. Why not showcase it in a way that reaches more nurses across the state?

Step up. Stand out. Share your story.

Submit your poster and be part of something bigger.
