Update Your Contact Information

If you have recently moved, changed phone numbers, changed e-mails or need to update your contact information for any reason, please click on the appropriate link below and fill out the form. 

NOTE: Many facilities have restrictions on the e-mails that can be sent to our members through ONA, so to ensure you are getting all of the most up-to-date and crucial communications from ONA, particularly when in negotiations or other instances when time is of the essence, please update your information to include a personal (non-work) email address.

Full ONA Members

Be sure to include your preferred e-mail address (non-work) in order to receive our weekly Friday E-mails featuring the most up-to-date information and news regarding the ONA and the nursing profession. The Friday E-Mail is a unique benefit offered only to ONA members so be sure to update your e-mail address so you don't miss out.

Fair Share Payers & Non-Members

In order to make sure you stay informed during negotiations and when critical issues arise that may affect your bargaining unit, please make sure we have your most current information on file.  Please be sure to include a non-work e-mail to ensure that the communications go through correctly.

Update Your Job or Payment information

Remember to let ONA know of any changes that might impact your status or dues.
