CNS Innovations in Engagement: Sustained through Data Driven Programs

By the end of the presentation, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe approaches to collection and analysis of baseline data;
  2. Describe approaches to review best scientific evidence and best practices;
  3. Summarize development of clinical reference guidelines;
  4. Explain the value of ongoing multi-step education, coaching, peer review and data

Who Can Attend?

Any CNS in Oregon, in a graduate nursing program, and/or recognized by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is welcome to attend. CNS students are also welcome to attend, space permitting.

Continuing Nursing Education Contact Hours

This program is pending approval by the Oregon Nurses Association which is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Requirements for Successful Completion of this CNE Activity

In order to obtain a Certificate of Successful Completion for this activity, the learner must complete the following criteria:

  • Sign the Attendance Form upon arrival to the meeting
  • Attend the presentation portion of the meeting
  • Complete and submit the online evaluation form by June 17, 2016

Any participant who has NOT claimed their contact hours by June 17, 2016 will NOT receive a Certificate of Successful Completion.
