About Bargaining Units
ONA represents nurses in nearly 50 bargaining units throughout Oregon. Our nurses work in every type of practice setting, including small public-health departments, rural district hospitals, clinics, home health and hospice agencies, and large metropolitan hospitals. The diversity of our membership and the collective experience they impart allow ONA to speak with unmatched authority on the issues nurses in Oregon face.
