UPDATE: Bylaws Passed
On Wednesday, May 31, 2023, the members of the ONA Legacy Mt Hood Medical Center bargaining unit ratified their bargaining unit bylaws!
Background
Bylaws are the building blocks of our union's structure and outline everything from what leadership positions and committees we'll have to how votes and elections will take place. The bylaws draft has been created and reviewed by the ONA Labor Cabinet, the next step is for everyone in the bargaining unit to vote on them.

Voting Information
- Voting will open at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31.
- The
vote will be held virtually. All ONA-represented nurses at Legacy Mt. Hood will receive an email or text message from Oregon Nurses Association (invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com).
- To receive a ballot, ONA
must have a valid email address on file for you. To ensure you receive
the vote email when it opens, please be sure to update your contact
information at www.OregonRN.org/Update.
What to Do if You Did Not Receive a Ballot
- Search your junk/spam folders (and your promotions or other tabs
in Gmail) for an email from Oregon Nurses Association
<invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com> with the subject "ONA/Legacy Mt Hood Bylaws Vote”".
- If you do not receive an email with voting info, email news@OregonRN.org or request your ballot at www.OregonRN.org/MissingBallot
